Whistler/Blackcomb, BC is notorious for its incredible skiing, immense size and varying terrain. Ski the powder bowls of Whistler in the morning and then the chutes on the sunny side of Blackcomb in the afternoon, then “cruise” all the way back to the base village and enjoy North America’s best Après Ski scene. Whether you ski or snowboard, Whistler/Blackcomb is a must do on your winter list.




Travel to Whistler: Flight & Bus Transfer to Resort
We will be flying non-stop to Vancouver from New York.
From Vancouver, we will take a luxury coach (bus) from the airport to the hotel.
After a week in Whistler, we will take a bus back to Vancouver..

Sit back and relax, enjoy the scenery, make new friends, and plan your upcoming week!

Enjoy a short walk to the Whistler Village Gondola and have the slopes right at your doorstep for this ski club adventure. Set in the heart of Whistler Village, you will be surrounded by shops, amazing restaurants, and excellent apres ski spots, with an atmosphere that truly feels like Europe in North America.

Relax in one of 98 comfortable guest rooms featuring updated amenities, refrigerators, LCD televisions, and complimentary WiFi. After a full day on the mountain, unwind in the spa tub or sauna, then take advantage of ski storage and concierge services for a seamless stay.

Enjoy convenient on site dining at the hotel restaurant, and celebrate the day’s turns with your favorite drink at the bar and lounge.

Room option available: Double room with two queen beds. Single supplement applies.

After the final ski day, we will take a bus to Vancouver and spend the night there to be ready for the early morning flight back to NYC!

DSC ski trips include many things!

Travel

How much does the trip cost?

The trip includes flight, transfers, & hotel.

Trip Price

  • Hotel Listel Whistler Village
    • Double: $1,975 per person
    • Single: $2,875 
  • Land Only (No Flight, arrange your own): deduct $500
  • Price is guaranteed in US Dollars, regardless of the exchange rate at the time of the trip!  No worries about paying more at the last minute.

Trip Payment Schedule

  • 2 Easy Payments:
    • $1,000 deposit due within 2 weeks after registration to confirm your spot.
    • Balance due 9/1/2026.
    • Full payment due with any registration after 8/1/2026
  • Payment by Zelle, Venmo, or Check
Trip Insurance
  • We strongly recommend trip insurance covering cancellation for accident, sickness or death for you or a covered family member. 
  • “Cancel for any reason” coverage can only be purchased within 21 days of registering.

Trip Cancellation Policy

  • Written cancellation received before 6/1/2026: $250 Fee
  • Written cancellation received between 6/11/2026 & 9/30/2026: $1000 Fee
  • Written cancellation received 10/1/2026 and after: No Refund and no credits towards future trips. We recommend trip insurance!
  • As always, we will try and get back what we can, but nothing is guaranteed after the deadlines.

Please don't hesitate to join our trip even if you don't (YET) know anyone going. The trip participants on our DSC trips are very welcoming. You will quickly make friends and find people to ski with. You will leave the trip with many new friends.

How do I find a Roommate?
How do I find a Roommate?
You can start by asking friends and family if they want to go with you on the trip. If you can't find a roommate, you can sign up for a double room, and indicate that you are looking for a roommate. The trip leader may attempt to assist in locating a roommate for you, but is not responsible for finding roommates for single travelers. The earlier you sign up the better! The trip leader will establish a cut off date where if no roommate is found, you will have to either pay the single supplement, if available, or cancel your participation in the trip.

We very much recommend that you get trip insurance. White it is not required, it an help in the event of a cancellation or trip interruption. Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage can only be purchased within 21 days of registering. Make sure you read your policy coverages to understand what is and is not covered. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of going on a trip. We will try and get back what we can, but nothing is guaranteed. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on the trip price page. This is why we recommend having Trip Insurance

We often have non-skiers on the trip. Our locations are also chosen such that there are activities for non-skiers.

The majority of DSC trip participants bring their skis and boots. But you are not required to. Our locations are always very close to ski rental shops.

The resorts we visit tend to fall into three categories: (1) Ikon Pass accepted; (2) Epic Pass accepted; (3) Independent resort not participating in a US multi-mountain pass. For our trip to Whistler, the resort is on the Epic Pass.

We will have a pre-trip zoom call 2-4 weeks before departure to share a very detailed trip summary with lots of information and links.

We create two WhatsApp groups. One is for the trip leaders to communicate with everyone for important announcements. The second is for everyone to communicate with everyone else.

Where is the Ski Lodge?
There is no ski lodge per se. The hotel is your lodge. The hotel has a ski room and boot room. You get geared up at the hotel, walk to the gondola and spend your day exploring the resort.

There is no bus service to US airport. You have to get yourself to the airport with your luggage, check in, and meet us at the gate!

We are unable to save space for someone to think about joining the trip. To be on the trip, you need to register and pay your deposit within 2 weeks of being confirmed on the trip.

How Does the DSC Communicate With Trip Participants?
How Does the DSC Communicate With Trip Participants?
The DSC used both email and SMS text messaging during the registration process, payment process, and other pre-trip communications. We create two WhatsApp groups for use during the trip. One is for leaders to share notices / announcements. And the other group is for trip participants to "chat" with each other, meet up on the mountain, share photos, etc.
